Nokia Software

so i get my brand spanking new phone mess around with it for a while. find it silly that me with my computer engineering background cant find a simple thing like the FM transmitter... and...
i find the link below.

No FM transmitters on some models.

It does mention that the hardware is there just that the software is not there(or maybe there and just blocked?)

any ideas ?

im saying that the N78 that i bought doesnt have the FM transmitter enabled and im wondering whether there is any possibility for me to get it enabled since i am in a country that would allow it.

if u r sure that ur country pemits the use of fm transmitter on N78,
then don wait...go to the nearest Nokia care point, and they will solve you the problem. By the viz, is your phone imported from another country?

The phone isnt actually available in my country just yet... so i dont even know if they will know about the hone

IF U R IN INDIA THEN TRY FREQUENCY 100.COZ MY FRND BOUGHT NOKIA N85 AND IT WORK ON 100 FREQUENCY .GOOD LUCK........MIGHT BE IT WORK FOR U WHERE EVER U R

i had forgotten about this thread.
i fixed my problem by changing my phone code to the country i live in (where you are allowed to transmit on FM)
