After for some searching i figured how to install those theme.
1st : Boot your psp with plug the usb cable and press the "R1" key(Dun release it when booting). After that u will saw a m33 menu screen.
2nd : Select for advance configuration something.
3rd : Press "X" on flash0 while u highlighted it.
4th: Your pc will detected a removable drive.
5th : Extract those file that u downloaded and copy to flash0 directory. In flash0 directory u will found there is some similar folder name. After copied exit the m33 menu.

Beware there is some risk.
Sorry that it may some difference because it had make my psp bricked and sent to repair so i couldnt state it cleary.

The reason i bricked my devices because i was tested on firmware 3.60m33. When it bricked and i search only found that i should do like that as stated in some other forum.

It more safer if u had created a pandora battery + magic memory stick in case it bricked your devices.

plzz metion if they are are to be flashed to flash0 or just are .PTF files............
