I think there is something wrong with the download file... When I try to open the installation file, it gives me an NSIS error saying that the "installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incpmplete. This may be because of a damged disk, failed download or virus.
Contact the author of the installer to obtain a new copy"

I downloaded it twice completely and the same error message.. can ya fix it or post another link..
