HIT DA REP+ BUTTON Fantom Overdrive  Fantom Overdrive is one of those games you just say "wow" from the very begging. First of all, the game graphics are completely 3D - this point alone shows you what that little phone device can do way much more than plain and odd 2D games without any sound or eye candy. In terms of concept, Fantom Overdrive is just a simple racing game where you can drive some kind of pod (which looks like a remote controlled car, by the way). The basic single player modes allow you to race alone or against a Fantom - some partially visible car, which acts like an opponent to beat. Once you end a race, you can review all your moves (in several different camera angles - sooo neat!) and get a report on your final time, best lap, number of ollisions and top speed. You can then save your own race as a Fantom - and that's where the game starts getting interesting. Fantom Overdrive includes some neat multiplayer capabilities: you can play online with another user, using a bluetooth connection, or defy a friend to beat your best time (sending him your "Fantom"), what increases (way sooo much) the fun on playing Overdrive. Sounds are great, resembling some classic arcade games, and the opening music is also interesting (and really polyphonic). Controls are a little bit hard, for the first time (at least on the 7650 devices). You'll probably have some hard times trying to keep your car on track for the first or second times you play it, although it can get quite playable after a few minutes.
