Nokia Software

I have Nokia 6670. I connected my phone with my computer with data cable and after copy few pictures from Memory Card to HDD i removed my phone from data cable.

Later I found that my contacts are not showing, however when someone, whose names are stored in my phone, showing his or her name as usual.

I also tried to take backup of the phone on my Memory Card but it failed. For the same I have no backup of those stored nos. in my phone.

Is there any way to recover those without format my phone. And if the format is necessary please provide me the format code for Nokia 6670

copy d contacts from sim memory to d contacts menu before u try to back them up i.e. Copy all contacts so the phone memory.
