Question signed and unsigned apps?
i see this stuff all the time: signed, unsigned
i also see this "sign" thing for apps in the VIP section
but what does it mean? what is a unsigned app and what is a signed app?

if u use OS 9.1/9.2 phone,some apps
are need to get signed bfore u can start using it!
u also need a cert n key file to make the
signed apps works on ur phone..
