Default Help required for N93i

Please can anyone explain me the reason why most of the softwares that I try to install on my Nokia 93i give me a return message " EXPIRED CERTIFICATE", even though I have changed the setting in the Application Manager. Please, its urgent............... Thanks

oh bro sorry i was busy so unable to reply
here is your solution

check the details on the certificate that gives you an error. see when the certificate was made and when it expired... then try changing your n93's system date to any date as long as it falls between those dates... now try installing your app again.
dese

there is a very simple reason for that

When software maker make a software they have to assign some kind of ceryificate date to it. this expires and thus you get the expired certificate warning. It's easy to get around though, just set your phone's date back a couple of years, install the theme, then set the date back to today

Thanks a lot for ur idea. It did work successfully without any problem. I was so upset for the last few days, thanks to you I totally relieved.
One more help. I have loaded Call Recorder on my n93i, and am having the "beep"
problem. The application has no option to put off the "beep". Is there any option for that, please let me know.
Thanks once again for your prompt help. God bless you.

LOL I know that this thread was quiet for months, but I just wanted to say thanks, too, 'cause I bought Nokia N73 a few weeks back and just couldn't find the time to search for a solution to this problem... thanks a lot
