Lol...I think finding a developer is very hard.
Here we only share software and not make or develope them.
But wait for some time may be you can get.

well if you mean making softwares like creating games,premium and usefull apps is possible,but its hard to find it from the net,also i believe it doesnt exist on the net,those are only available i think from the mobilesoftware companies like Nokia,SonyEricson they make some good and usefull apps... hope this help something
