have any of yall tried messing around with the n75 camera to make the quality better? cuz mine sucks... i ALWAYS have white dots on it which makes the picture look really crappy.

alright well its not literally White dots but you will see...

well as i see it`s night in that pic so i`m not sure it`s really a problem.most phones have that quality at night.
i thought you had problem with camera during the day.
are you sure the phone is "original"? cuz i`ve seen that kind of quality to a nokia n95 clone,made in China.
for better camera quality is recommended to have the latest firmware,cuz it makes the camera a bit better
post a pic taken at daytime.

My 5300 has the same thing. 1.3mp camera and it has the same quality even when the room has dim lights. That's normal.

no its a original n75 i just got from ATnT. i guess its only like that at night. do you have any ideas what to change so it looks better at night? and where would i get a legit firmware update from? i dont have the atnt web service and dont wanna get extra charges but is there a website to download it from and use my data cable to install the firmware?

well dunno what to say.i don't have that "problem" at my n70.i don't get any white dots.
Yes an upgrade is always good and has new options or error fixed in it.

you can get the firmware upgrade from nokia site. I'll post it for you tomorrow here if you won't find it and i'll tell you what to do.

i found the firmware this evening.
here you go:
you need to install NSU (the file i uploaded),put your phone to charge,put it on general,then put the usb cable and install soft.
do not close it or stop the charging cuz your phone will not work after that anymore.
