Default A Trick To Check Ur Antivirus Is Working Properly
Open notepad

 Copy this code in the text file....

"X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*"

without qutoes....

then save it with the name: fakevirus.exe

If this file got deleted immediately ....that means your antivirus is working and its updated

Its tested and it works!

you dont have to save it as fakevirus.exe.. just type the line and save as normal text and if you have a good antivirus it will delete the .txt file, if not well...maybe its time to install some new software...

hey buds!!

I m running KAspersky Internet Security 2009 on 1 and avira on another.. and both didn't delete the txt file...

i was under the impression they were a good anti virus....
