ok u try partition magic...
but there are chances for xp for not booting..so bak up d datas first on ur c drive (system drive-docs,playlist etc) so that after merging u can do a reinstallation of xp widout any headache...

PLEASE NOTE:- Always free the system drive from other programs, songs, games etc.. its recommended that use 5 or 4.5 GB (mine is 4 GB wid sys files,nd othr essential files only) for xp. Install program files on other drives(ofcourse; ie,wmp,antivirus shud b there on sys drive)
Dis vl make windows boot faster..
