i'm using online theme editors like ownskin, etc.
so u try dis one.

This is ususlly using to get animatd wallpaprs. So dis shud work..
create a wallpaper of ur desired size and save it as 24bit bmp.
den open mbm wizard tool(u shud have dis) and add dis wallpapr with /c24 selectd. add the suitable mask file wid /8 option selectd. select both d files nd save as mbm format.den send the mbm file to ur fone. den open animsprite( a symbian app, shud install in d fone) nd select dis mbm file.
note: it shud b transparent a one

or use ThemeDIY. Its a small theme creator.. nd yeah, its not as powerful as carbide theme editor.
